Patrick, originally from Medina, OH, is the full time Rehabilitation Assistant at Elite Health and Wellness, and a part time Sports Performance Coach at ELITE Training Performance. He is a 2014 alumnus of Ashland University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, and a minor in Foods and Nutrition. During his time at AU, he competed as a member of the Eagle’s Varsity Wrestling team and upon graduation earned his certification as a CSCS with the NSCA. Patrick has always found the most enjoyment in helping others to help themselves, and is most fulfilled professionally when working with motivated individuals in the pursuit of greater health and wellness. The challenge and fulfillment Patrick derives from continuing his education has been a large motivator to strive for continued growth in the strength and conditioning profession. In the summer of 2016, he attended the Cleveland FAKTR seminar as well as the StrongFirst certification course earning his status as an SFB Bodyweight Instructor. Looking ahead to the future, Patrick now intends to complete the StrongFirst SFG1 instructor certification course, and further enhance his knowledge of technique and expertise in the application of Kettlebell training.
Jessica was raised in Brooklyn, Ohio and currently resides there with her husband. She attended Baldwin Wallace University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science, and a minor in Nutrition. During her time at Baldwin Wallace she was given wonderful opportunities to intern at wellness facilities and expand her knowledge of the health and wellness world through personal experience and research. Her goal is to educate and inspire the community to live a happy and healthy lifestyle, while pursuing involvement in studies and research that can make a positive impact.
Emily grew up in Ann Arbor, Michigan and currently resides in Cleveland, Ohio with her husband. She attended Michigan State University where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Biology. While she attended MSU, she coached gymnastics, participated in research on childhood development, and tutored students who were struggling with reading. She participated in the study abroad program during her junior year of college and went to South Africa for 6 weeks to help children and families in need. Emily loves helping people and looks forward to the opportunity to help them achieve their healthiest life possible.
